Due to the nature of consumable health products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nuerechargehub@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, opened products, or products that have been consumed.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
This policy applies to all orders shipped within Australia.
